Guard control system
General information
Guard control systems (also known as guard control systems) are recording and documentation systems for mobile services and have now almost completely replaced time clocks. In previous years, time clocks were used by security guards to prove that they had been at certain places at certain times.
Thanks to the additional of certain functions – such as emergency call button, dead man’s switch (position alarm), motion alarm (inactivity), integrated mobile phone function, etc. – our guard control systems now offer a wide range of applications. However, the functions listed depend on the device.
Functionality
Before a guard control system is used, control points are created within the software and attached to the points to be monitored. Once the data collector has been configured, the mobile service provider can start work and also document it by recording the control points with the guard control system.
Once the data has been analysed by the software, various comprehensive reports can be sent to the end customer. This enables the service provider to guarantee reliable and complete documentation of the service provided. Our guard control systems, therefore, provide the basis for performance-based billing,
