How it works
The TWIG lone worker safety system uses personal emergency signal devices that combine active (SOS button) and automatic alarms (fall detection, immobility, free fall, change of position) to summon help in emergencies, even if the employee is unable to react. The devices utilize cellular networks (4G/VoLTE) and share GPS/Wi-Fi for precise location tracking and send alerts (call, SMS) to an emergency call center or predefined contacts to activate a rapid response chain, supported by features such as time-based alarms and indoor location tracking.
