A top-class, real-time guard control system
ActiveGuard is an innovative real-time guard control system for the documentation of security services. In contrast to classic offline guard control systems, data is not simply collected and read out at the end of a round/shift, but every detection of a checkpoint is sent directly to the TourTrax Real-Time Monitor via GPRS/GSM data transmission and analysed “in real time”. ActiveGuard not only provides a real-time overview of staff activities, but also increases the prevailing level of security.
The alarm/panic button integrated in the data recording device allows the control personnel to issue an alarm call to the control centre unnoticed at any time. Placing a phone call is also possible with ActiveGuard. The special feature of the “ActiveGuard mobile phone” is that the user cannot make private calls at random. Instead, by pressing the “Call me” button, users signal to the switchboard that they want to be called urgently. This is then also possible from up to eight fixed telephone numbers at any time. The “ActiveGuard mobile phone” does not accept calls from unknown callers, but it can actively call a stored number.
